Beyond his professional qualifications, Philip is a 22-year military veteran. His hands-on experience, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail honed through years of military service, ensures a thorough and comprehensive inspection. When he’s not examining homes, Philip spends his time treasure hunting, and traveling with his family, creating lasting memories. and restoring a 1979 Ford Mustang.
